1. Commercial Scope & Binding Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of this website operated by MERA TRADING LLC (doing business as "K99"). This platform operates strictly as an international business-to-business (B2B) informational portal and manufacturing coordination bridge for pet food formulations and heavy-duty pet wet wipes.
By browsing this site or submitting quotation requests, you confirm that you are acting as an authorized corporate representative of a commercial enterprise, brand, distributor, or retail importer.
2. Industrial Quotations & Formal Contracting
Website listings, standard product directions, fabric specifications (e.g., spunlace GSM ranges), packaging options, and MOQ figures are informational indicators and do not constitute binding legal offers. A binding supply or contract manufacturing agreement is created exclusively upon mutual execution of formal Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), or Bilateral OEM Manufacturing Agreements.
All commercial production terms—including final pricing, Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP), payment milestones, quality metrics (AQL inspection levels), and industrial tolerances (e.g., standard non-woven weight variations of ±5%)—are governed solely by specific underlying contracts.
3. Manufacturing Partner Standards & Facility Scoping
K99 coordinates production projects through a verified network of specialized manufacturing facilities. Quality systems, food safety protocols, and industrial registrations (including BRCGS, IFS Food, FDA facility registrations, ISO standards, and FSC certifications) are maintained by the respective specialized manufacturing partner facilities responsible for each specific production line. Certification scope documentation is verified and provided to clients during formal project onboarding.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
All source code, graphic assets, photography, industrial layout design, and the K99 mark are the exclusive intellectual property of MERA TRADING LLC. Clients retain full ownership of their proprietary brand names, logos, private label designs, and unique nutritional recipes shared with K99 for manufacturing execution.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Commercial Liability
The digital content on this website is provided "as is" for preliminary sourcing evaluation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MERA TRADING LLC disclaims all implied statutory warranties regarding website availability or uninterrupted operation.
MERA TRADING LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial damages, production delays, or loss of commercial contracts arising from the preliminary use of this website. Product warranties are strictly established via underlying production agreements.
6. Commercial Arbitration & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of website usage that cannot be resolved through good-faith executive discussion within sixty (60) days shall be settled by binding commercial arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
